Core operational loop:
  discover site → book or walk-in → check-in → park (self or valet) →
  active session → request vehicle → pay → check-out → rating/support.

audit logs).

Offline strategy: client mutation IDs, sync outbox, idempotent server ingest
when connectivity returns.
